I am a vegetarian/vegan can I eat at your stores?
All our sorbet options are dairy-free, meaning they contain no milk or milk derived ingredients, therefore they are recommended for both vegans and vegetarians. Please call your local Menchie’s store to find out what vegan froyo flavors they are mixing.

What sweeteners are used in your "no-sugar added" flavors?
Several of the no sugar added flavors contain one or more of the following sweeteners: aspartame, sorbitol, acesulfame potassium, and/or sucralose.
Do your products contain eggs?

Do your products contain corn?
There is at least one corn product present in most of our flavors, as our primary sweetener is corn syrup. Additionally, our stabilizing system contains dextrose and maltodextrin, which are derived from corn starch.
Is your yogurt kosher?
Menchie's frozen yogurt flavors are certified kosher.
What is a serving size of your product?
The serving size for our frozen yogurt is 100 grams .

What is mySmileage?
mySmileage is Menchie's rewards program. With the mySmileage program, you will earn one smile for every dollar you spend at Menchie's. Every time a registered guest reaches 50 smiles, they will receive $5 in Menchie's Money to use toward a future purchase. For more information on our mySmileage program, please click here.
Why should I join the mySmileage program
When you register for the mySmileage program, you will receive 25 bonus smiles (just for registering), 10 extra smiles when you visit within 7 days of registering, free $5 frozen yogurt every time you reach 50 smiles, and free $5 frozen yogurt on your birthday!
How do I register?

How do I unsubscribe from Menchie's emails?

My smiles were not added to my account. What can I do?

Do I earn smiles on gift cards?
Per our program rules, we are not able to provide smiles when you buy a gift card; however, we are happy to provide you with smiles when the gift card is redeemed at the store.
What is the birthday reward?
The birthday reward gives registered guests a yearly $5 coupon to use 1 week before to 1 week after their birthday. The coupon can only be used on a singular transaction and is automatically attached to your mySmileage account. To check if you have a birthday reward, please visit here.
I have multiple accounts. How do I merge them?

We do our best to ensure that cross-contamination does not occur in-store, however products may have come into contact with allergens during manufacturing. When will my Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cake be ready for pick up?
Menchie’s requires that you place orders at least 48 hours in advance. Please note your local store pick-up times when you order. If you need your Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cake sooner, call or visit your local Menchie’s and choose from a variety of Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Cakes available for immediate pick-up.
What if I need to change my pick-up date or time?

Who founded Menchie's? When and where did the first store open?
Menchie's opened its first store in Valley Village, a suburban community of Los Angeles, California, on May 15, 2007, by husband and wife team Adam and Danna Caldwell. The Menchie's concept emerged from a story of two lovebirds and their common love of frozen yogurt, when Adam took Danna to a frozen yogurt store on their first date; that was when Danna's sweet tooth took over, and the world of frozen yogurt was never the same again.
Environmentally Friendly +
What recycling options does Menchie's have for spoons and cups?
Menchie's is currently developing nationwide recycling options for our locations, and some of our locations have already begun to offer recycling in-store.
Additionally, our Menchie's branded spoons are made from polypropylene and are free of BPA, PVC and phthalates. They are not biodegradable, however they are recyclable in most facilities. Additionally, they can be taken home and are dishwasher safe if washed on the top rack.
